利用教学情境知识预期提高南疆初中教师PCK水平是一个设想。改进反映现实情况不尽人意预期促使教师PCK水平能达到比较满意的程度。利用教学情境知识从而达到目标是一种设想,依据现实情况试图筛选出一种既具有理论意义也具有现实可操作性的策略,情境知识符合了以上要求。教学情境知识既具有多种独特性也具有实际操作性,可与多种教学方式结合。本文在调查南疆初中教师PCK基础上,做出了三种改进策略。
It is an assumption that using the knowledge of teaching situations to improve the PCK level of junior middle school teachers in southern Xinjiang. Improvement reflects the fact that the unsatisfactory expectations are expected to promote teachers PCK level can reach more satisfactory level. It is a kind of assumption to use the teaching situation knowledge to achieve the goal. According to the actual situation, we try to select a strategy that is both theoretical and practical. The situation knowledge meets the above requirements. Teaching situation knowledge is both unique and practical, and can be combined with a variety of teaching methods. On the basis of investigating PCK teachers in junior middle schools in South Xinjiang, this article made three kinds of improvement strategies.
