Aiming at the shortcoming of large weld strength and high danger in the test of the spherical tank welds, the automatic creeper for the test of the spherical tank weld is developed by combining the numerical control technology and the motor driving principle, which can greatly improve the working efficiency and ensure the inspection quality.
