对双相钢的变形模型进行了计算机仿真。为了采用DDSⅢ动态仿真语言设计仿真程序,在原数学模型中,引入了一个初值为零的伪常微分方程,也可采用取消原程序中与积分有关的部分语句的方法。前一种方法具有普遍意义。仿真结果表明:用马氏体体积分数对双相钢的均匀真应变作图,比用双相钢的强度对双相钢的均匀真应变作图可更好地反映双相钢中各组分相的性能对双相钢均匀真应变的影响。对一些文献中不同的结果进行了讨论,提出了改善双相钢均匀真应变的途径。
The deformation model of duplex steel was simulated by computer. In order to use DDS Ⅲ dynamic simulation language design simulation program, in the original mathematical model, the introduction of a zero initial value of the pseudo-ordinary differential equations can also be used to eliminate the original program with integral part of the statement method. The former method has universal significance. The simulation results show that the uniform true strain of dual-phase steel is plotted with martensite volume fraction, which is better than that of dual-phase steel, The effect of phase behavior on the true true strain of duplex steel. Different results in some literature are discussed, and the way to improve the uniform true strain of dual phase steel is proposed.
