目的:确定人工栽培黄花石蒜最适遮光度及最佳采收加工方法。方法:采用HPLC法对不同遮光处理的和不同采收加工方法的人工栽培的黄花石蒜花中加兰他敏含量进行比较分析,从而确定其最适遮光度和最佳采收加工方法。结果:不同遮光处理的人工种植黄花石蒜花中加兰他敏含量分别为:20%遮光0.110%,40%遮光0.138%,60%遮光0.144%,80%遮光0.122%;不同采收期的分别为:花蕾期0.104%,始开期0.117%,盛开期0.128%,枯萎期0.139%;不同加工方法处理的分别为:晒干0.086%、烘干0.115%、阴干0.118%。结论:生产上人工种植黄花石蒜花期以60%遮光度为最适;盛花期及其后的枯萎期是人工种植的最佳采收期,以烘干方法干燥为最佳。
Objective: To determine the optimum opacification degree of artificial cultivation of Lycoris radix and the best harvesting and processing methods. Methods: The content of galanthamine in Artemisia arborescens with different shading treatments and different harvesting methods was compared by HPLC to determine the optimal opacity and the best harvesting method. Results: The content of galanthamine in Artemisia fraseriensis with different shading treatments were: 20% shading 0.110%, 40% shading 0.138%, 60% shading 0.144%, 80% shading 0.122% They were 0.104% in bud stage, 0.117% in beginning stage, 0.128% in full bloom stage and 0.139% in wilting stage respectively. The treatment by different processing methods were: drying 0.086%, drying 0.115% and drying 0.118% respectively. CONCLUSION: The optimum stage of artificial planting was the best harvesting period when flowering and subsequent wilt were 60% opacification during the flowering stage.
