由城乡建设环境保护部下达的1983年城乡建设科研项目“NC—Ⅱ型混凝土负温早强剂”,由山东省建筑科学研究所承担,已完成试验研究工作,并试产六百多吨,用于三万立方米以上的混凝土。1986年11月21日,山东省建筑总公司受建设部科技局委托,在青岛市召开了鉴定会。与会代表共56人,通过讨论认为,这种外加剂具有在常温、低温、负温和正负交变条件下,使混凝土有显著的早强、增强作用和抗冻害功能,提高混凝土的物理力学性能,对钢筋无促锈作用。NC-Ⅱ有显著的减水作用,其减水率可达10~20%。NC-Ⅱ的组成中未引入各类常用的防冻剂(如氯盐、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、碳酸盐等)而能在一定的负温下
