电液伺服马达在各个工业部门应用日趋广泛,因为采用电液伺服装置既具有电讯号传递速度快的特点,又具有液压装置快速响应的特点。所以,随着工业的发展,它在国民经济各部门的作用也越来越大。通常电液伺服装置的工作原理如图1所示,指令电压(可以是位置,也可以是速度)与反馈回路的电压差△V输入伺服放大器,再由伺服放大器输出电流给电液伺服阀的力矩马达,从而将电讯号变为机械位移,讯号通过液压放大器输出流量到液压马达驱动负荷。
