通过对我市改制为有限责任公司的企业的调查研究 ,反映出我市有限责任公司资产结构呈现的三种类型 :即一元股东有限公司、二元有限公司和多元的有限公司。其组织领导体制主要由三个系统构成 :即以公司法人治理结构为核心的企业行政管理系统 ;以企业党组织为核心的政治保证、监督系统和以职代会为基本形式的职工民主管理和民主监督系统。调查表明 ,我市改制为有限责任公司的国有企业改制后 ,其民主管理主要通过职工代表大会制度、职工董事和职工监事制度及职工持股会三种形式 ,使改制后的民主管理与新的公司治理结构有机结合 Through the investigation of the city's enterprises transformed into limited liability companies, it reflects the three types of assets structure of the limited liability companies in our city: namely, the one-stock shareholder limited company, the dual limited company and the pluralistic limited company.
