目的:了解沈阳市城区幼儿园2~6岁儿童血清中维生素A的水平。方法:选择沈阳市和平区幼儿园2~6岁儿童的血清样品2 000例,以改进的微量荧光光度法进行检测。结果:2 000例儿童血清维生素A水平波动在0.700~1.751μmol/L,平均(1.074±0.257)μmol/L。可疑亚临床维生素A缺乏检出率为52.7%,未见维生素A缺乏和亚临床维生素A缺乏。结论:沈阳市城区幼儿园2~6岁儿童维生素A缺乏症、亚临床维生素A缺乏可能已经基本根除,但可疑亚临床维生素A缺乏有上升趋势。降低和根除可疑亚临床维生素A缺乏的发生是我们目前和下一步的工作重点。
Objective: To understand the serum vitamin A level in children aged 2 ~ 6 years in Shenyang kindergarten. Methods: A total of 2 000 serum samples from 2 to 6 years old children in Kindergartens in Heping District of Shenyang City were selected for detection by modified microfluorimetry. Results: The serum level of vitamin A in 2 000 children fluctuated between 0.700 and 1.751 μmol / L, with an average of 1.074 ± 0.257 μmol / L. Suspected subclinical vitamin A deficiency detection rate was 52.7%, no vitamin A deficiency and subclinical vitamin A deficiency. Conclusion: Vitamin A deficiency, sub-clinical vitamin A deficiency may have been eradicated in children aged 2 ~ 6 years in urban kindergartens in Shenyang City, but there is an increasing trend of suspicion of subclinical vitamin A deficiency. Reducing and eradicating the suspicion of subclinical vitamin A deficiency is the focus of our current and next steps.
