Perinatal birth and infant mortality are one of the comprehensive indicators to measure the economic, cultural and health standards of a country and a region, and they are also the most sensitive indicators of the quality of maternal and child health work. To understand the perinatal birth rate, the mortality rate of children aged 0 to 6 years in our area, and to determine the cause of death, we formulated preventive health care measures according to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Health, Health Defending Women’s (85) 586 Document and the “implementation plan” formulated by them.
