阑尾替代左侧输尿管国内外尚未见报告,现报告一例如下.患者,男,13岁,俄罗斯人.出生一年后发现双巨输尿管症,1982～1985年在莫斯科某医院先后做过双输尿管造瘘术、右输尿管成形术及移位术、左输尿管中下段切除术等5次手术,左输尿管上段造瘘12年,于1993年2月16日入我院.查体:发育营养中等,BP 20/15kPa,P 76,R13,血常规检验正常,肝功能正常,血尿素氮(Bun)7.7 mmol/L,尿肌酐(Cr)106μmol/L;
