利用三维激光扫描技术对“莫兰蒂”台风灾后的损毁建筑物内外部结构进行高精度的现场点云数据获取,开展该结构的正视图、侧视图及俯视图等二维信息的提取,以及损毁房屋面积的统计,最后进行三维建模分析并对轻钢围护结构提出改进措施;在此基础上对损毁严重的轻钢围护结构以及损毁的面积进行详细研究,实现了任意角度建筑物的表面损毁状况以及内部结构特征的定量量测,快速、真实地还原该建筑物的损毁情况场景,并对数据进行存档管理,实现了台风灾害信息的永久保留,为科研学者进行灾后的监测分析提供最原始的数据。该研究成果对提高钢结构建筑物的抗风质量、灾损评估以及防风减灾等具有重要借鉴意义。
