热丝钨极惰性气体保护电弧焊是利用电能对填充金属加热,提高焊缝金属熔敷效率的一种工艺。但该工艺只适用于平焊。目前已制造成功一种新设备。该设备使《TCG》焊不仅适用于平焊也适用于其它形式的焊接。该工艺是将直流电直接提供给填充金属焊丝,通电的填充金属焊丝将产生磁场,致使气体钨极电弧倾斜着往前移动。这样即使用于非平焊,在较高的熔敷效率和行走速度时也能获得平稳的焊道。现该工艺已用于焊接含 Ni9%的结构钢。
Hot wire tungsten inert gas shielded arc welding is the use of electric energy on the filler metal heating to improve the weld metal deposition efficiency of a process. But the process is only suitable for flat welding. A new device has been manufactured successfully. The device makes “TCG” welding not only suitable for flat welding but also for other forms of welding. The process is to provide direct current to the filler metal wire, the filler metal wire energized will produce a magnetic field, causing the gas tungsten arc to tilt forward move. Even if used for non-flat welds, smooth weld beads are obtained at high deposition rates and travel speeds. Now the process has been used to weld Ni9% of structural steel.
