为了迎接电力行业由工业化向信息化转变的新挑战,国家电网公司提出建设统一坚强智能电网。笔者首先介绍了智能电网的概念,阐述了智能电网的内涵和特点,总结了智能电网技术在国内外的研究现状与发展状况,并对实现智能电网在网络拓扑、通信系统、计量体系、需求侧管理、智能调度、电力电子设备、配电自动化、分布式电源接入等领域需要解决的关键技术问题进行了较为详尽的讨论。
