一台495Q柴油机大修后一直工作不正常,没有怠速,一收油门即自动熄火;功率比大修前的小,油耗比大修前的高。换上经试验台调试好的喷油泵,试车后仍出现上述现象。该机大修前的起动、声音、运转均正常,就是机油消耗量过大,只因烧了瓦才进行大修的。据了解,大修时曾把喷油泵拆洗调试过。通过对这两只喷油泵的认真检查,发现这两只喷油泵上下体之间都装有一片0.8毫米厚的纸垫。这样,就人为地造成柱塞上止点不到位,喷油泵供油压力低,供油提前角减小,供油结
