学生近视发病率高,近年配戴角膜接触镜日趋增多,伴随带镜各环节的卫生问题,眼疾发病率较未带角膜接触镜者高3～5倍。我们报告2例配戴角膜接触镜致粘质沙雷氏菌性角膜溃疡,应该引起重视。例1 患者男,19岁,1986年11月19日因左眼连续配戴38%软角膜接触镜17小时后,左眼红、肿、痛,分泌物增加2天就诊。患者5周前开始配戴38%亲水性角膜接触镜,每天戴镜时间约6～17小时。镜片分别存放在镜合中消毒及保存。就诊前一天用0.25%氯霉素眼水2次。眼部检查;左眼视力0.8,—475 DS=1.2。眼睑红肿,球结膜混合充血(++),结膜囊可见的白色粘液状分泌物。左眼角膜鼻上方可见3
