当前,绝大多数民办高校学报不具备公开刊号,处于内部准印非公开出版的状况。在学术期刊供不应求的现状下,民办高校教师的科研能力比较薄弱,在激烈的竞争中处于劣势。文章提出建立民办高校学报互认机制,以期扩大民办高校学报的覆盖面,为民办高校教师提供更多的学术平台,对有效提升民办高校科研能力有较大的推动作用。 At present, the vast majority of private college journals do not have an open issue number, in the internal situation of non-public Indian publication. Under the current situation that academic journals are in short supply, the research ability of private university teachers is relatively weak and they are at a disadvantage in the fierce competition. The paper proposes to establish a mechanism for mutual recognition of journals of private colleges and universities with a view to expanding the coverage of journals of private colleges and universities and providing more academic platforms for private colleges and universities teachers, which can greatly promote the capability of scientific research in private colleges and universities.
