采用上斜肌折叠术治疗上斜肌麻痹病人２０例，其中１４例联合同侧下斜肌后徙术；３例联合同侧下斜肌后徙与对侧下直肌后徙术；３例联合同侧下斜肌后徙与同侧上直肌后徙术。多数病例手术效果满意，仅一例出现Ｂｒｏｗｎ综合征。因而上斜肌折叠术在治疗上斜肌麻痹时仍不失为一有效方法。
Twenty cases of upper oblique muscle paralysis were treated with superior oblique muscle fold operation, of which 14 were combined with ipsilateral inferior oblique muscle retrograde surgery, 3 were combined with ipsilateral inferior oblique muscle retrograde and contralateral inferior rectus muscle transplantation, and 3 Joint ipsilateral lower oblique muscle resettlement and ipsilateral upper rectus muscle resettlement. Satisfactory results in most cases, only one case of Brown syndrome. Thus, oblique muscle fold surgery in the treatment of upper oblique paralysis is still an effective method.
