目的探讨医学院校大一新生的性别角色类型与适应性的关系。方法使用贝姆性别角色量表和大学生适应性量表对某医学院的94名新生进行测试。结果 14种性别角色类型在全体被试群体中的分布呈现显著差异(χ2=9.32,P<0.05);24种类型在适应性量表的总分(F=6.63,P<0.01)及多个维度上存在显著差异,双性化与男性化明显优于女性化和未分化,双性化与男性化之间无显著差异。结论对于医学新生的适应性而言,双性化和男性化都是比较理想的性别角色模型。
Objective To explore the relationship between gender roles and adaptability of freshmen in medical colleges and universities. Methods Ninety-four freshmen at a medical college were tested using the Beam Gender Role Scale and the College Students’ Adaptation Scale. Results There were significant differences in the distribution of 14 gender roles among all subjects (χ2 = 9.32, P <0.05). The scores of 24 types in the total score of the adaptive scale (F = 6.63, P <0.01) There are significant differences in dimensions, bisexuality and masculinity are obviously superior to feminization and undifferentiation, there is no significant difference between bisexuality and masculinity. Conclusion For the adaptability of medical freshmen, both sex and masculinity are ideal sex role models.
