戚墅堰机车车辆工厂自1980年转修东风4型内燃机车以来,不断提高检修水平,已能基本上恢复机车的原性能。本文就尚存的柴油机凸轮轴和滚轮拉毛问题,提出分析和措施意见。一、凸轮轴和滚轮的拉毛情况经统计,进厂修理的1~20台16V240型柴油机上,滚轮出现拉毛的共有157只,占滚轮总数的16.36%。其中,进、排气推杆滚轮占98%,油泵滚轮仅占2%。在157只拉毛的滚轮中,严重而需更换的46只,占29.3%。据北京铁路局丰台机务段和济南铁路局
