目的 评价PRK 治疗高度、超高度近视眼的临床效果。方法 应用日本NIDEK EC—5000型准分子激光仪治疗高度近视眼214 例(343 只眼),按术前等值球镜度分为二组,Ⅰ组:- 6.25~- 10.00D,254 只眼;Ⅱ组:- 10.25~- 24.00D,89 只眼。术后随访2 年。结果 术后2 年,裸眼视力大于或等于术前最佳矫正视力者,Ⅰ组为59.4% ,Ⅱ组为31.5% ;裸眼视力≥0.5 和≥1.0 者,Ⅰ组为84.3% 和46.9% ,Ⅱ组为36.0% 和4.5% ;屈光度在±1.00D 以内者,Ⅰ组为82.6% ,Ⅱ组为27.0% ;术后最佳矫正视力较术前最佳矫正视力不变或上升者,Ⅰ组为94.1% ,Ⅱ组为91.0% 。角膜混浊度小于或等于1 级者,Ⅰ组为93.7% ,Ⅱ组为81.0% 。结论 PRK 矫治高度、超高度近视眼是安全有效的屈光手术,高度近视眼的稳定性和预测性比超高度近视眼高,而超高度近视眼术后可明显减少屈光度数,更远期的疗效需要更长时间观察
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of PRK treatment and ultra-high myopia. Methods 214 cases (343 eyes) of high myopia were treated with NIDEK EC-5000 excimer laser in Japan. The patients were divided into two groups according to the preoperative spherical equivalent degree. Group Ⅰ: - 6.25-10.00D, 254 eyes ; Group Ⅱ: -10.25 ~ - 24.00D, 89 eyes. Follow-up for 2 years. Results In the 2 years after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity was higher than or equal to the best corrected visual acuity (IMRT) of 59.4% in group I and 31.5% in group II, 84.3% and 46.9% in group I with visual acuity ≥0.5 and ≥1.0 Group was 36.0% and 4.5%, those with diopter within ± 1.00D were 82.6% in group Ⅰ and 27.0% in group Ⅱ. The best corrected visual acuity was the same or better than that before operation in group Ⅰ 94.1% in group Ⅱ, 91.0% in group Ⅱ. Corneal opacity less than or equal to 1 were 93.7% in group I, 81.0% in group II. Conclusions PRK correction of height, super high myopia is a safe and effective refractive surgery, high myopia stability and predictability than high myopia high, and ultra-high myopia can significantly reduce the number of refraction, more distant Efficacy needs more time to observe
