《幼儿园工作规程》明确提出:幼儿园是实施保育和教育的机构,实行保育和教育相结合的原则。《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》也明确指出:实施科学的保育和教育,让幼儿度过快乐而有意义的童年。“保”就是保护幼儿的健康。“教”即幼儿园的教育教学,即有目的、有计划地对幼儿进行全面发展的教育。本文针对当前保育员队伍专业化水平不高,结合当前保育工作现状,提出促进幼儿园保育员队伍专业化发展的系列对策,从而有效改善保育工作现状。

The Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children 3-6 also make it clear that implementing scientific childcare and education will allow young children to have a happy and meaningful childhood. “Paul ” is to protect children’s health. “Teaching ” that is, kindergarten education and teaching, that is, purposeful and planned comprehensive development of children’s education. In view of the fact that the current level of specialization of nurses is not high, a series of measures to promote the professional development of nursery nurses are put forward in light of the current status of conservation so as to effectively improve the current situation of conservation.
