空手道是一项以击、打、踢为技术核心的格斗运动,在空手道众多技术中,前手上段击技术是进攻点离目标点距离最短,启动速度最快的基本技术。它的特点是进可攻退可防,并能很好地衔接其他的技术。笔者通过多年的教学经验,对空手道前手上段击技术进行分析,总结出一些常用的训练方法,以及易常犯的错误。希望能为我国空手道技术的推广和发展提供绵薄之力。 Karate is a fighting sport that takes hit, hit and kick as the core of technology.
