大量研究显示,人体液包括血清中含有大量稳定的miRNA,可作为多种疾病诊断的生物标志物。最新的一些研究发现,人精浆中也存在丰富而稳定的miRNA,精浆中一些特定miRNA的表达水平与其他体液差异显著,是潜在的法医学标志物。同时,男性不育患者精浆miRNA表达谱与正常人明显不同,一些特异变化的精浆miRNA与男性不育及精子发生障碍密切相关,可作为男性不育新的诊断标志物,而对特异变化精浆miRNA的研究则可为男性不育发生的分子机制研究提供一个新的方向。

The expression level of some specific miRNAs in seminal plasma is significantly different from other body fluids, which is a potential forensic biomarker. At the same time, the expression of miRNA in seminal plasma of male infertile patients is obviously different from that of normal people. Some specific seminal plasma miRNAs are closely related to male infertility and spermatogenesis disorders, which can be used as new diagnostic markers of male infertility, The study of seminal plasma miRNA can provide a new direction for the molecular mechanism of male infertility.
