面对众多的新闻事实,哪一个价值最大?该如何去选择?在传统的新闻价值认知中,新闻价值的大小往往取决于媒体人的主观判断,而忽视了或者说轻视了受众的感知。在新闻学中就有一种需要与使用理论:媒体的一些精心打造的新闻栏目无人问津,而一些并不被看好的节目却收往到意想不到的传播效果。所以从另一个层面讲,一个新闻事实或者一篇稿件的新闻价值的选择更应取决于受众的喜好。借鉴接受理论来判断新闻价值的大小,对媒体人或许有所启发。
In the face of numerous news facts, which one is the most valuable? How to choose? In traditional news value perception, the value of news often depends on the media’s subjective judgments, while ignoring or underestimated the audience’s perception. There is a need and use theory in journalism: No one cares about some of the media’s carefully crafted news sections, while programs that are not well-regarded are relegated to unexpected communications. So from another perspective, the choice of a news fact or the news value of a manuscript depends more on the preferences of the audience. To learn from the theory to judge the size of news value, the media may be inspired.
