一、70年代的国际资本市场 70年代国际金融形势是:(1)主要石油输出国通过两次石油提价使得出口收入大量增加,但国内没有能力充分利用这些“石油美元”,只好将多余的“石油美元”存入经济合作与发展组织的金融机构,投向国际资本市场。(2)许多中等收入和高收入的石油进口国,特别是工业化程度较高的发展中国家,尽管油价上涨,仍然决定加快经济发展速度。为了实施经济扩张政策,许多发展中国家从经济合作与发展组织的金融机构获得巨额信贷,以进口大量急需的商品,特别是化工产品、食品和资本货。(3)经济合作与发展组织的金融机

International Capital Market in the 1970s The international financial situation in the 1970s was: (1) The major oil exporters increased their export revenues through two oil price increases, but they were not able to make full use of these “petroleum dollars” in the country, “Petroleum Dollars” is deposited into the financial organizations of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development and invested in international capital markets. (2) Many middle-income and high-income oil-importing countries, especially the more industrialized developing countries, decided to speed up their economic growth in spite of rising oil prices. In order to implement the policy of economic expansion, many developing countries received huge credit from the financial institutions of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development to import large quantities of much-needed commodities, especially chemical products, food and capital goods.
