针对印刷、纤维缠绕等行业对多电机同步运动控制的要求,设计了一种基于DSP+FPGA的嵌入式多电机同步运动控制器。首先介绍嵌入式多电机同步控制器的系统结构以及实现同步控制的方法;然后对同步控制器中脉冲产生、脉冲补偿、脉冲输出、位置反馈等关键功能的实现进行了详细阐述;最后通过实验验证了所设计的同步控制器能够达到较高的同步精度。
Aiming at the requirements of multi-motor synchronous motion control in printing and filament winding industries, an embedded multi-motor synchronous motion controller based on DSP + FPGA is designed. First of all, introduce the system structure of embedded multi-motor synchronous controller and the method of realizing synchronous control. Then the realization of the key functions such as pulse generation, pulse compensation, pulse output and position feedback in synchronous controller are described in detail. Finally, The designed synchronous controller can achieve higher synchronization accuracy.
