目的:探讨临床医学检验中控制血液细胞检验质量的方法。方法:此次150研究对象为自2016年5月至2017年6月间在我院接受血液细胞检验的患者,获取血液样本后,对血液样本应用抗凝剂进行处理,比较不同抗凝剂配置比以及室温、低温下不同时间段的检测准确性。结果:抗凝剂配置比不同的情况下,PLT、HGB、WBC、RBC等均出现变化,检验结果变化存在显著差异(P<0.05)。室温下不同时间段PLT、HGB、WBC、RBC等均出现变化,变化存在显著差异(P<0.05),低温下不同时间段PLT、HGB、WBC、RBC等均出现变化,变化存在显著差异(P<0.05),时间越长,则检验准确度受影响越大。结论:临床医学检验中血液细胞检验质量受检测时间、采血部位以及温度等的影响,为了提高检测结果的准确性必须有效控制各个检测环节。
Objective: To explore the method of controlling the quality of blood cells test in clinical medicine test.
