以YAMAL LNG项目为例,阐述全站仪在海洋工程模块尺寸控制的应用。YAMAL LNG项目包括节点与立柱的同心、每层甲板片之间的层高、整个甲板片的水平及跨距尺寸等,要求尺寸偏差均在±5~10 mm。使用卷尺、水准仪等传统测量工具进行测量,存在无法一次测量完全、测量数据存档不方便、不能进行电脑分析以及累计误差较大等问题,无法满足尺寸控制要求。项目在使用全站仪后,测量数据可直接转化为Auto CAD文件,加快了数据分析速度,提高了现场尺寸调整效率,相比较传统测量方法,在满足公差要求前提下,大幅缩短了模块安装工期。
Taking YAMAL LNG project as an example, the application of total station in ocean engineering module size control is described. The YAMAL LNG project includes the concentricity of nodes and columns, the story height between each deck, the horizontal and span dimensions of the entire deck, and the required dimensional tolerances are all within ± 5 to 10 mm. The use of tape measure, level and other traditional measurement tools to measure, there is not a complete measurement, measurement data archiving is not convenient, can not be computer analysis and the cumulative error and other issues, can not meet the size control requirements. After using the total station, the measurement data can be directly converted into Auto CAD files to speed up the data analysis and improve on-site size adjustment efficiency. Compared with the traditional measurement methods, the project greatly shortens the module installation period under the premise of meeting the tolerance requirements .
