近来,一种新型大跨度预应力砼空心板SP板,由于其跨度大、自重轻、承载能力强等特点,在国内建筑业倍受青睐,已成为建筑市场的走俏商品。 SP板是引进美国SPANCRETE公司的设备和技术生产的,以高强度低松驰钢绞线为预应力主筋,由台座式挤压机对特殊配合比的干硬性砼进行冲捣,一次成型。只需自然养护两天即可达到设计强度的75％。SP板最大跨度可达18.6m。与同类产品相比,配筋量可减少25％～40％,而承载能力可提高16％～70％。由于在生产过程中采取了冲捣、挤压、搓动成型工艺,因而其板面平整、尺寸准确。建筑安装
Recently, a new type of large-span prestressed concrete hollow slab SP slab has been favored in the domestic construction industry due to its large span, light weight, and strong bearing capacity. It has become a popular commodity in the construction market. The SP board is produced by introducing the equipment and technology of the US SPINCRETE company. The high-strength and low-relaxation steel strands are used as prestressed main bars, and the screed-type extrusion press is used to punch and dry the hard-hardened concrete with a specific mixing ratio and formed once.
