球团矿质量是影响Corex工艺运行的重要因素,而生球中C质量分数又是影响球团矿质量的重要因素。通过改变Corex污泥的配入量,研究了球团混合料中C质量分数的变化对球团矿的质量、性能和显微结构的影响。通过分析显微结构,加深了对现象的认识和解析。研究发现,球团的FeO质量分数随球团混合料中C质量分数的增加而增加。当C增加到1.45%时,球团矿的冷抗压强度(CCS)降低到每球团186 kg,还原粉化指数RDI(-6.3 mm)上升到16.3%。当球团混合料中碳质量分数为1.15%~1.2%时,可以获得优质球团矿。
The quality of pellets is an important factor affecting the operation of Corex process. The mass fraction of C in pellets is also an important factor affecting the pellet quality. By changing the amount of Corex sludge, the effect of the change of C mass fraction on pellet quality, properties and microstructure was investigated. By analyzing the microstructure, deepen the understanding of the phenomenon and analysis. The study found that the mass fraction of FeO pellets increased with the mass fraction of C in pellets. When C increases to 1.45%, the cold compressive strength (CCS) of pellets decreases to 186 kg per pellet, and the RDI (-6.3 mm) decreases to 16.3%. When the pellet mixture of carbon mass fraction of 1.15% ~ 1.2%, you can get high-quality pellets.
