膝关节对于普通人来说很重要,对于体育教师来说其重要性更加是不言而喻。在体育课堂中,教师能够运用到膝关节的地方数不胜数。例如篮球课中的变向运球、田径课中的跑跳、排球课中的正面双手垫球、羽毛球课中的步伐移动等。那么我们如何在完成高效率的课堂教学中同时又能保护好我们的膝盖呢?膝关节主要结构包括股骨、胫骨及髌骨之关节面,它之所以能活动自如又不会发生脱位,主要是前后十字韧带、内外侧韧带、关节囊及附着于关节附近的肌腱提供了关节稳定性。此外,关节中间内外侧各有一块重要的半月板,除了可以吸收部分关节承受的负重外,亦可增加关节的稳定性。另外,藉由位于关节前后肌肉群的拉动,让关节可以弯曲和伸直(见下图)。下面笔者就为大家介绍几种简单易行的膝关节的保护方法:
