1 临床资料本组男14例,女2例,年龄5～12岁,平均8.2岁.发热14例,体温持续在39℃以上8例,约持续3～4天.精神差8例.腮腺肿大,其中双侧腮腺肿大12例,单侧腮腺肿大4例(以右侧为主),同时伴颌下腺肿大5例.头痛、呕吐9例,头痛均以前额痛为主,颈强2例.上腹痛9例,上腹压痛及肌紧张5例.心音低钝6例.腮腺炎与腮脑临床相的关系:两者同时发生3例,于腮腺肿胀后l～4天出现腮脑症状5例,在腮腺肿胀前发病3例.
