表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)具有较高的灵敏度,能检测吸附到金属表面分子的表面现象,又能给出丰富的分子结构信息。本文选用罗丹明B做为探针分子,测定出了其在银溶胶中的表面增强拉曼散射光谱。利用表面增强拉曼散射技术研究了罗丹明B的SERS谱,对它的拉曼峰进行了指认。
Surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy (SERS) has high sensitivity, can detect the adsorption of metal surface molecules on the surface phenomenon, but also gives a wealth of molecular structure information. In this paper, Rhodamine B was selected as the probe molecule, and its surface enhanced Raman scattering spectra in silver sol were determined. The SERS spectrum of rhodamine B was studied by surface-enhanced Raman scattering and its Raman peak was identified.
