本文研究了提拉法和温梯法生长的YAG晶体在紫外—可见光—红外的吸收光谱 ,发现提拉法生长的YAG在2 5 5nm处产生弱吸收 ,而温梯法生长的晶体在该处不存在吸收峰。通过对YAG晶体荧光光谱及电子顺磁共振谱的测试和分析 ,认为提拉法的晶体在 2 5 5nm处产生的弱吸收是由Fe3 + 所引起的。
In this paper, the absorption spectra of YAG crystals grown by Czochralski method and temperature gradient method were studied. It was found that the YAG crystals grown by Czochralski method have weak absorption at 255 nm, while the crystals grown by temperature step method have no absorption peak . By measuring and analyzing the YAG crystal fluorescence spectrum and electron paramagnetic resonance spectrum, it is considered that the weak absorption produced by Czochralski crystal at 2545nm is caused by Fe3 +.
