本文介绍两种铝合金在空气中所进行的疲劳接触特性试验.正压力变化范围500~800 N,位移变化范围±15~±100μm,实验的每一次循环中切向力 F 与位移 D 的关系被计算机记录下来(F-D 图).根据实验条件的不同,我们可以把 F-D 图分为三种情况:①闭合,②椭圆,③近似平行四边形.实验后通过显微镜可以观察到样品表面有两种破坏形式:裂纹和颗粒剥落.通常它们同时存在,但发生在不同区域里,且根据条件的不同某种破坏形式可能起主要作用,裂纹在什么条件下产生及扩展是我们研究铝合金特性的一个重要方面,这里我们将根据疲劳图来分析其破坏特性以及疲劳条件.
In this paper, the fatigue characteristics of two kinds of aluminum alloys in air are introduced.The range of positive pressure varies from 500 to 800 N and the range of displacement varies from ± 15 to ± 100 μm.
