分层教学是一种全新的教育思想,也是对素质教育方法的新探索,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。近年来有关分层教学的研究多停留在理论探讨的层面上,操作过于笼统,结论也过于感性化,学科的针对性不强,因此,为了克服和改进传统的学业评价制度的缺陷,大面积提高教学质量,探索和研究分层教学理论在初中数学教学中应用实践是很有必要的。笔者就确立分层教学的分层目标、抓住分层教学的关键环节,课堂分层落到实处、分层教学的成效三方面进行肤浅的探究。

In recent years, many researches on the teaching of stratification have stayed at the level of theoretical discussion, the operation is too general, the conclusion is also too sensational, the subject is not targeted, therefore, in order to overcome and improve the defects of the traditional academic evaluation system, It is necessary to improve teaching quality, explore and research the application of hierarchical teaching theory in junior high school mathematics teaching. The author establishes the stratification goal of the stratification teaching, grasps the key link of the stratification teaching, the classroom stratification realizes, the stratification teaching effect three aspects carries on the shallow inquiry.
