目的探讨支撑喉镜手术并发味觉异常的原因和防治方法。方法回顾近6年行支撑喉镜手术的112例的临床资料,分析术后并发味觉异常的5例的原因及处理方法。结果支撑喉镜对舌体和舌根的压迫可能是术后发生味觉异常的主要原因。支撑喉镜手术后并发味觉异常者经临床治疗,不合并伸舌偏斜、舌体麻木的4例均于术后2周内恢复正常,合并伸舌偏斜的1例于术后5周恢复正常。结论提高手术操作技巧,注意术中保护,避免过度损伤,可以减少味觉异常的发生,而一旦味觉异常,及时合理的治疗可以使味觉异常完全恢复而不留后遗症。
Objective To discuss the causes and prevention and cure methods of palatal laryngoscopy complicated with taste abnormalities. Methods The clinical data of 112 cases undergoing laryngoscope surgery in the past 6 years were retrospectively analyzed. The causes and treatment of 5 cases with postoperative taste abnormalities were analyzed. Results Support laryngoscopy on the tongue and tongue base may be the main reason for the occurrence of postoperative taste abnormalities. 4 patients with tongue numbness returned to normal within 2 weeks after operation, and 1 patient with skewed tongue was recovered 5 weeks after operation normal. CONCLUSIONS: Improving surgical skills, paying attention to intraoperative protection and avoiding excessive damage can reduce the occurrence of taste abnormalities. Once the taste is abnormal, timely and reasonable treatment can completely restore taste without leaving sequelae.
