1982年7月至1984年5月,我科用肌昔、速尿保护肾脏,在常温下阻断肾血流,进行肾手术10例,效果满意,报告如下。临床资料男9例、女1例。年龄22～58岁。肾多发性结石或/和鹿角状结石9例,肾挫裂伤1例。其中伴有肾积水4例、肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄1例,对侧肾结石、对侧输尿管结石各1例,肾功能不全1例。手术方法:经第十一肋间切口暴露肾脏,分离出肾动、静脉,肌昔2g加入10％葡萄糖注射液50ml快速静脉滴注,接着静脉注射速尿20～40mg,10分钟后立即阻断肾蒂,按病变
