白银磷盐化工厂是生产磷盐系列产品的专业化工厂,1970年建厂,1987年11月公开招标承包。两年多来靠深化改革调动了职工的积极性,增强了企业活力,提高了经济效益。1970年至1987年的18年中,完成了工业产值总计3427万元,而承包后的1988年和1989年两年就完成工业产值4440万元,是承包前18年的1.3倍;前18年亏损总额为120万元,而承包后的两年实现利税总额2100万元;承包前的人均利税率和全员劳动生产率分别为4917元和1977元,承包后,分别提高到12590元和33825元,增长幅度分别为156％和71％;
