[目的]对鲜人参、红参和蒸参水中醚溶性成分进行分析,以期为人参及其副产物产品的开发利用提供参考。[方法]采用GC-MS分离测定样品成分。[结果]从鲜人参中分离了94个化合物,鉴定了31个化合物;从红参中分离出95个化合物,鉴定了33个化合物;从蒸参水中分离了24个化合物,鉴定了10个化合物;从鲜人参和红参中鉴定了15种相同的化合物;首次从鲜人参和红参中分离鉴定了具有抗癌活性的镰叶芹醇和具有免疫活性的角鲨烯。[结论]该试验对鲜人参、红参和蒸参水中醚溶性成分进行了比较分析,为人参及其副产物产品的开发利用提供了参考。
[Objective] The purpose was to analyze the ether-soluble components of fresh ginseng, red ginseng and steamed water in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of ginseng and its by-products. [Method] The composition of the sample was determined by GC-MS separation. [Results] 94 compounds were separated from fresh ginseng, 31 compounds were identified, 95 compounds were isolated from red ginseng, 33 compounds were identified, 24 compounds were isolated from steamed water, and 10 compounds were identified. Fifteen identical compounds were identified from fresh ginseng and red ginseng; For the first time, the anti-cancer activity of carolinate and its immunoreactive squalene were isolated and identified from fresh ginseng and red ginseng. [Conclusion] This experiment compared and analyzed the ether soluble components of fresh ginseng, red ginseng and steamed water, and provided reference for the development and utilization of ginseng and its by-products.
