功能性消化不良(简称FD)是门诊和住院患者的一种常见症候群。近年来在学术界对FD的探讨非常活跃,对该病的发病机制进行了深入研究,取得了很大进展,但对其诱发因素则报道很少。本文就78例FD的诱因进行分析,以期对该病的预防和治疗提供帮助。1 临床资料 本文取自本院78例患者(其中门诊52例,住院患者26例)作为分析对象。其中男36例,女42例;年龄18～70岁 Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a common symptom of outpatient and inpatient conditions. In recent years, the study of FD in the academic community is very active, the pathogenesis of the disease conducted in-depth study, made great progress, but the trigger is rarely reported. In this paper, the causes of 78 cases of FD were analyzed in order to provide help for the prevention and treatment of the disease. 1 clinical data of this hospital from 78 patients (including outpatient 52 cases, 26 cases of hospitalized patients) as the analysis object.
