本文在文献[1]的基础上,提出水库群优化调度函数及其参数识别方法,应用T变换改进卡尔曼滤波算法,提高径流预报准确度,从而得以在南昌电网成功实现水库群优化调度.
Based on the literature [1], this paper proposes the optimal scheduling function of reservoir group and its parameter identification method. The T transform is used to improve the Kalman filtering algorithm to improve the accuracy of runoff forecasting, so that the optimal dispatching of reservoirs can be successfully implemented in Nanchang Power Grid.
