探讨急性脑血管病(ACVD)时体内免疫状态的变化。对51例ACVD患者应用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)法进行血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)和可溶性白细胞介素2受体α(sIL2Rα)测定。结果:ACVD急性期血清TNFα和sIL2Rα水平均明显高于正常对照组(P均<0.001),其中重度组TNFα水平高于轻度组(P<0.05);恢复期血清的TNFα和sIL2Rα水平虽有所下降,但仍高于正常对照组(P<0.05和P<0.001)。表明单核巨噬细胞和T细胞的免疫功能状态与ACVD的发病有一定的关系。
To investigate the changes of immune status in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD). Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) and soluble interleukin 2 receptor α (sIL2Rα) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 51 patients with ACVD. Results: Serum levels of TNFα and sIL2Rα in acute phase of ACVD were significantly higher than those in normal control group (all P <0.001), and the level of TNFα in severe group was higher than that in mild group (P <0.05) Although sIL2Rα level decreased, it was still higher than that of the normal control group (P <0.05 and P <0.001). The results showed that the immune function of mononuclear macrophages and T cells was related to the pathogenesis of ACVD.
