当前广播电视进入结构调整、媒体融合和供需改革的新阶段。如何从供给侧结构性改革发力,促进广电行业向高水平供需平衡转型发展,成为摆在广电媒体面前一个需要思考并拿出实质性措施的新课题。本文从客观分析广电媒体面临的挑战和机遇入手,为推动广电媒体供给侧结构性改革提供新的思路:强化广电媒体之间的合作,构建媒体联盟,合理分配生产要素,淘汰落后产能,加强品牌塑造,优化产业布局,打造良性运营的广电生态圈。
At present, radio and television have entered a new phase of structural adjustment, media convergence and supply and demand reform. How to make force from the structural reforms on the supply side and promote the transformation and development of the radio and television industry to a high level of supply and demand balance has become a new topic that needs to be considered and substantial measures taken before the media. This article starts from objective analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by radio and television media and provides new ideas for promoting structural reform of radio and television media supply side: strengthening cooperation between radio and television media, building media alliance, rationalizing distribution of production factors, eliminating backward production capacity and strengthening brand Shaping, optimizing the industrial layout, creating a sound operation of radio and television ecosystem.
