本研究在CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2三元系统中合成了二十余种玻璃,并运用红外光谱、碱失重、X射线衍射、扫描电镜及S-600能谱仪等分析方法研究了该系玻璃在水泥浆体中离解的实质和钙矾石的形成。结果表明,玻璃在水泥介质中因受OH~-离子作用而离解,主要反映在Al—O键的断裂(即[AlO_4]转变为[AlO_6])和Si—O键的断裂,玻璃网络解体。所谓混合材的活性,是表示这种离解的难易程度,它取决于玻璃的成分和结构,其中Al_2O_3的含量、配位状态具有更重要的意义。
In this study, more than twenty kinds of glass were synthesized in the CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 ternary system. The infrared spectroscopy, alkali weight loss, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and S-600 spectrometer were used to study the glass of the system. The disintegration of cement paste and the formation of ettringite. The results show that the glass is dissociated by the action of OH~- ions in the cement medium, which is mainly reflected in the fracture of the Al—O bond (ie, [AlO_4] is converted into [AlO_6]) and the breakage of the Si—O bond, and the glass network disintegrates. The activity of the so-called mixed material is the degree of difficulty in the dissociation, and it depends on the composition and structure of the glass. The Al 2 O 3 content and the coordination state are more important.
