研究了Array膜层干涉对高色域液晶模组白画面大视角发红的影响,建立膜层干涉模型,分析得到不易产生干涉发红的SiNx与SiOx厚度。通过仿真得到优化的膜厚条件,通过实验验证了模型及仿真的优化设计,大视角发红得到改善。模拟及实验表明,Buffer层SiNx与SiOx厚度优化可有效解决高色域液晶模组白画面大视角发红问题。Buffer层SiNx/SiOx=50nm/150nm是一组较优化的设计。
The effect of Array film interference on the redness of large-scale red-viewing of high color gamut LCD module was studied. The interference model of the film was established, and the thickness of SiNx and SiOx which was not easy to produce interference redness was analyzed. Optimized film thickness conditions were obtained by simulation. The optimized design of the model and simulation was verified by experiment, and the redness of large viewing angle was improved. The simulation and experiment show that the optimization of thickness of SiNx and SiOx in buffer layer can effectively solve the problem of reddening of large-screen red point of high color gamut LCD module. Buffer layer SiNx / SiOx = 50nm / 150nm is a group of more optimized design.
