通过对CDK窑法磷酸废渣的系统研究,弄清了其化学组成、矿物组成、矿物相结构及嵌布关系。首次发现了CDK窑法磷酸废渣可以作为一种新型人造陶粒使用及将这种新型人造陶粒作为轻骨料来制造轻质混凝土及砌块,为CDK窑法磷酸废渣找到了一条市场容量巨大,发展前景广阔,经济效益良好,简单易行的综合利用途径。
Through the systematic study on the phosphoric acid waste residue from the kiln method of CDK, the chemical composition, mineral composition, mineral phase structure and interlacing relationship were clarified. For the first time, it was found that the phosphoric acid waste residue from CDK kiln process can be used as a new type of artificial ceramsite and the new type of artificial ceramsite can be used as light aggregate to make lightweight concrete and blocks, finding a huge market capacity for phosphoric acid waste residue of CDK kiln process , Broad prospects for development, good economic returns and easy access to comprehensive utilization.
