在二氯甲烷溶液中，在三氯化铝存在下，２．３－二氢－１Ｈ－环庚［ｂ］吡嗪与等摩尔的乙酰氯，丙酰氯、苯甲酰氯相作用生成相应的２－（２－酰氨基已基氨基）酮．当用２克分子丁酰氯则生成２－（２－丁酰氨基乙基氨基）酮和２—［（２－丁酰氨基乙基）（丁酰基）氨基］酮．
Reaction of 2.3-dihydro-1H-cyclohepta [b] pyrazine with equimolar acetyl chloride, propionyl chloride, benzoyl chloride in the presence of aluminum trichloride in methylene chloride yields the corresponding 2 - (2-amidocaproylamino) ketone. 2- (2-butyrylaminoethylamino) ketone and 2 - [(2-butyrylaminoethyl) (butyryl) amino] ketone are formed when 2 moles of butyryl chloride are used.
