为更好地满足用户对起重机个性化、多样化、柔性化的需求,提出了面向可适应性的起重机车轮组参数化产品族设计方法。首先进行用户需求分析,识别用户的共同需求和差异化需求,然后建立车轮组模型,提取特征参数,通过选取优先数,确定车轮组的系列值,构建车轮组设计结构矩阵。对车轮组参数进行处理运算,构建产品设计关联矩阵,然后对该关联矩阵进行聚类分析,合理识别车轮组系列化设计的主参数,以此完成车轮组参数化产品族设计。
In order to meet the user's needs for individualization, diversification and flexibility of cranes, a parametric product family design method for crane wheelsets is presented. Firstly, the user needs analysis is analyzed to identify the common needs and differentiated needs of users. Then the wheel group model is built and the feature parameters are extracted. By selecting the priority number, the value of the wheel group is determined and the wheel structure design matrix is constructed. The wheelset parameters are processed and processed, and the product design correlation matrix is constructed. Then, the correlation matrix is clustered to identify the main parameters of the wheelset serialization design, so as to complete the design of the wheelset parameterized product family.
