众所周知,换热器在冶金、石油、化工等工业部门使用极为广泛。例如在化工厂设备中换热器的投资约占总投资的15%。所以如何改善换热管的性能,降低能耗,是一个引人注目的重要课题。本文就螺旋管强化换热器的构造、性能、计算和热效率的评价等方面说明如下: 一、螺旋管的构造螺旋管有单头管(见图1)和多头管(见图2)之分。多头管的传热效率一般比单头管好。目前国内生产螺旋管是用φ25的10~#碳钢管制成的。齿距1.25毫米,1.5毫米,2毫米三种,齿高为1.2-1.4毫米左右。
